NETI Project (New Innovative Technology Businesses)

The NETI Project is a business plan competition, organized by Amena and the Instituto de Empresa Business School, which aims at promoting the development of innovative technology projects that are economically and operationally viable. More information

With this in view, the Instituto de Empresa and Amena, together with other collaborating companies, provide entrepreneurs with all the tools required to develop a feasibility analysis of their projects and then apply for additional resources aimed at the implementation of the resulting business plans.

Over 200 projects applied in 2003 and AMBISAT, INGENIERÍA AMBIENTAL S.L. was among the top 10 finalists.

LEASE PLAN AWARD

The Instituto de Empresa Business School and Lease Plan present, each year, the Lease Plan Award for the Best Business Creation Project developed by students from all Instituto de Empresa Master of Business Administration (MBA) programmes.

The Business Creation Department and a jury comprising Lease Plan members, managers and entrepreneurs from other large international companies, awarded the prize in 2003 to the AMBISAT, INGENIERÍA AMBIENTAL S.L. project based on the use, as an innovative tool, of Remote Sensing or Earth observation via high-definition satellites to design elements that reinterpret the correlation between environmental phenomena.

Over 200 business creation proposals applied for this award, from all industrial sectors. In the case of AMBISAT the prize was given for the consistency in the interrelation between the business team, the knowledge of the environmental market and a sensible and well-studied approach to the funding requirements. HONORARY DIPLOMA

In January 2009, the magazine, Emprendedores, awarded AMBISAT an honorary diploma for its commitment to specialisation as one of the 50 Spanish SMEs with greater future in 2009.
