The Plan for Equal Opportunities between men and women in AMBISAT is an orderly set of measures, adopted from a situational diagnosis and aimed at ensuring equal treatment and equal opportunities in the company as well as at removing any risk of gender discrimination.

The implementation of the Plan for Equal Opportunities has been effective from its beginning due to both the Executive Management’s commitment and the involvement of all workers in drawing it up.

The General Directorate for Women of the Madrid Regional Government has promoted the Programme “Generating Changes – 2nd edition”, seeking to build a more just and equitable society. AMBISAT has received an integral training and advisory service according to that Programme, culminating in the completion of the situational diagnosis and in the elaboration of the Plan for Equal Opportunities in the company.
